Finding the right gifts for your emplyees and co-workers can be a tricky business. Giving gifts to your co-workers or your employees can be a tricky business. You are trying to choose something that they would like to have but not very expensive. You want to satisfy the individual tastes  but doesn't suggest anything politically. Here are some suggestions which will suit both men and women of every age group and help you find the perfect gift:

1. Everyone in the office has a memo pad and uses it. You should look for a memo which could reflect their hobbies or point out on the etype of work they do.
      
2. A paper clip is a must have because there are so many papers in the office. Choose a magnetic paperclip holder so that they could play and make funny shapes while holding on the phone.
      
3. Very often the employees have to take their work home or get away from the desk to check what they wrote on the computer. A great gift will be a lap desk, look for the desk with a pillow on the part that fits on your legs. There are also desks with a storage underneath the board.
      
4. Baskets filled with different things are also nice gifts. You can fill the baskets with an assortment of coffee sample packages, cocoa, jams and jellies, cookies and snacks, specialty teas, cheeses and meats.
      
5. If you plan to stop and pick up something on your way home and always forget about it, a door hanger note pads will be very useful. There are door hanger note pas that say "Do Not Forget". You can hang them on the office door knob or the your desk drawer. Write different things on them which are important for you to remember. When you leave, take the list and head to your car.
      
6. We all stuck in a traffic jam for hours. Choose an audio book on cassettes which can take the mind away from the traffic.
      
7. There is no doubt that we are all clock watchers. You can present a nice, small desk clock. However, don't give this gift to a person who is always late.
      
8. Sometimes it is hard to plan everything beforehand. Sometimes we can forget to take an umbrella on the day that it rains buckets. Give your emplyees or co-workers  mini-umbrellas which will help them solve this problem. These umbrellas fit greatly inside a purse, briefcase or desk drawer.
      
9. We are all fond of those yellow little sticky notes. You can present a more decorated stuck which is printed with flowers, sailboats, mountains. Choose those that suit the person's hobby. 

10. The person who hands out the bisness cards woul be very pleased if you present him or her a silver or gold cardholder case.
      
11. Find the guy who took pictures of the last company functions, Christmas party, company picnic, company exhibit booth. Choose the pictures with the recipient and his or her co-workers and fill up a photo cube to place on a co-workers desk. He or she can also add there the photos of the members of his or her family.

12. Every office worker has a personal mail  but not everyone has a secretary to open it. Look for a letter opener reflecting the hobby of the recipient.
